Uvitron Sunbelt 25 UV Conveyor - 480V 3-Phase
The Uvitron SunBelt 25 is a wide-width, high-power light-curing conveyor system designed for high volume production or laboratory processing of large parts. The system features a high-output arc lamp that is powered by a compact, programmable, electronic power regulating ballast.
The UV conveyor has a quiet variable-speed motor with a velocity regulating drive that keeps conveyor belt speeds constant for varying loads. It offers a long, enclosed UV curing tunnel with entrance / exit light guards for maximum light shielding.
The belt-to-lamp height can be easily adjusted for improved compatibility with varying part sizes.
Additional Details
High output lamp head with forced air cooling: The lamp head contains a 25" arc length, 10,000W metal halide type lamp, which emits focused UVA, UVB or visible light from its elliptical reflector. Dual integrated cooling blowers ensure long lamp life.
Lamp power regulation: The UV curing system's electronic switch-mode ballast maintains constant lamp power regardless of variations in AC line input or lamp voltages. This regulation provides for repeatable curing times and longer lamp life.
Adjustable lamp height: Curing chamber handles and locator pins allow for easy adjustment of lamp height from 2–11", which provides perfectly repeatable settings of lamp head to belt distance for various part sizes.
Full UV shielding: The UV curing conveyor light chamber is totally enclosed, shielding the operator and others from any UV light. The curing chamber entrance and exit are protected by adjustable height light guards that minimize any light leakage.
Convenient front-mounted controls and indicator panel: The control panel features lamp enable and emergency-stop switches, AC power, lamp ignited, lamp ready and alarm indicators, as well as a lamp hour meter and USB programming connector.
Regulated belt speed controller: A variable frequency drive with digital speed readout is used to adjust and regulate UV conveyor belt speeds up to 58' per minute, allowing for repeatable product exposure time and curing dose.
Exhaust blowers and port: The UV curing chamber has three blowers mounted below the belt for evacuating heat and any product vapors. The outlets of these blowers are ducted to a rear-mounted port for venting to facility exhaust systems.
Adjustable mounting feet: The system has four adjustable mounting feet for setting system height and allowing leveling on irregular floor surfaces.
In-feed product guides: Dual angled guides at the entrance side of the conveyor's 33" wide belt ensure that products being cured are directed into the 25" lamp cure zone. For larger products that only require center curing, the guides can be removed.
Lamp ballast programming software: The system includes graphical interface software for monitoring curing system performance, diagnosing system alarms and programming lamp output power.

Accepted Returns
Items Damaged in Shipping
If the product was damaged during shipping, first keep all packing materials, then call or email us to report the damage. Damage must be reported with 3 days of you receiving the shipment. We will have you return the product using the Returned Material Authorization (RMA) we will provide. We will send you a new product or provide a full refund and we will reimburse you for any shipping charges you may incur.
Missing Items
If all the items you ordered are not in the shipment, call us within 3 days of receiving the shipment so we can promptly send the missing item(s).
Wrong Product Ordered or Product No Longer Needed
If you ordered the wrong product call or email us so we can help you get the correct product. If the product purchase error was in no way the fault of information provided on ProLampSales.com, you are responsible for the return shipping cost and a 25% re-stocking fee.
30 Day Return Policy
Items ordered from ProLampSales can be returned within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in most cases. Please check that all of your items are present and in working condition within this timeframe.
After 30 days, if the product does not perform to specifications or fails within stated warranty periods, see manufacturer warranty information for procedures to follow.
